This restates the limitation already set out in the terms & conditions, §5, and does not add to it: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectra disclaims all indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages, and its total aggregate liability arising from any order is capped strictly at the purchase price of the affected materials.
